Allied Membership Levels

What is an Allied Institution? Allied institutions, i.e., organizations do not provide or plan for specialized care for patients with advanced or life-limiting illness, but do support the purposes of the Association. There are three Allied membership levels ~ annual dues start at $400.
ASSOCIATE Level Membership - $400
 Professional Benefits
  • Product and service referrals to association members through HPCANYS website
  • Professional education at discounted rates
  • Improved understanding of relevant hospice and palliative care issues through a variety of media
Communication and Technical
  • Timely and pertinent communications through HPCANYS weekly online publication Hospice News Network (HNN), and quarterly newsletter, The Reporter. Includes access to archives of these publications on the Association website
  • Two additional organizational staff named “designated recipients” to receive HNN and The Reporter
  • Provider membership list furnished annually
  • Access to the Member’s Only section of HPCANYS website
  • Company and contact information, along with a description of your products and services, listed on HPCANYS website
  • Web link to vendor’s website
  • Advance notice of exhibit and sponsor opportunities for annual conference
PATRON Level Membership - $700
  • All benefits of Associate, plus complimentary exhibit and exhibitor benefits at annual conference
SUPPORTER Level Membership - $1,100
All benefits of Patron, plus the following:
  • Corporate sponsor opportunity at annual conference (includes signage at the annual conference and a 1/8 page advertisement in conference program.)
  • Article promoting products and services in one issue of The Reporter per year
  • Feature Sponsor in The Reporter (i.e., “Peer Talk” Sponsored by YOUR Organization)
